This fabric is brand new and is suitable for upholstery, bedding, or drapes. It is made of polyester blend. The color is a medium blue with a grey hue (which does not show true in the photograph, please feel free to request a sample) and has a slight sheen.  The fabric has retro stitched circles (2") in a darker blue thread.  The fabric is 54" wide and regular retail is $14.95.
