This fabric is brand new and is suitable for some light upholstery, bedding, and window treatments. It is a polyester.  This fabric small check pattern in a sateen fabric. The checks are in a cocoa brown and a lighter almost tan type brown. The lighter checks have a small woven dobby in the center of each in a gold yarn. This piece has a wonderful sheen to it. The fabric is 54" wide and retails for $17.95.
