This fabric is brand new and is suitable for upholstery, window treatments, bedding, or pillows. It is made of 100% cotton. The fabric is a woven velvet  in a light aqua  with a soft hand .  It is a SOFT AQUA  not the gray tone which appears in the photograph, feel free to request a sample.The fabric is 54" wide.
