This fabric is brand new and is suitable for upholstery, window treatments, bedding, or pillows. It is made of cotton/ poly blend. The fabric is a woven velvet  in a light aqua  with a soft hand and a woven back for stability.  It is a bit greener than it appears in the photograph, feel free to request a sample. The fabric is 54" wide.
